About Cat

Cat Browne is a personal chef, nutrition educator, and healthy lifestyle advocate. She graduated from the College of Charleston and quickly realized while working in the industry that cooking was her calling. She soon enrolled in The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, in Napa Valley, California.

At CIA Greystone, Cat earned the Culinary Achievement Award and helped to start the school's first Farm to Table program following graduation. In 2015, Cat returned to her hometown of Raleigh, North Carolina, to start her personal chef company, Culinary Solutions.

Culinary Solutions provides meal prep services to families, teaches cooking classes, and caters to many with allergies and dietary restrictions. With over 15 years' experience, Cat is passionate about helping people discover a whole foods lifestyle through healthy, flavorful meals that focus on fresh ingredients.

Cat and Laurie connected through Cat's father and Laurie's husband, who have worked together in the health-care industry. Cat lives in Raleigh with her two young children.
